नई दिल्लीः भारत सरकार ने लघु वन उत्पादों के लिये न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य का समस्त देश में कार्यान्वयन करने का फैसला लिया है। दरअसल लघु वन उत्पादों के लिये न्यूनतम समर्थन मूल्य दिलवाने की इस योजना पर पहले से ही 9 राज्यों में अमल हो रहा था, जिसे अब समस्त देश के लिए कर दिया गया है। निःसंदेह इस से आदिवासी अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी। भारत सरकार के पत्र सूचना कार्यालय द्वारा निर्गत एक प्रेस रिलीज़ में बताया गया है कि, शुरूआती दौर में यह सुविधा केवल 24 लघु वन उत्पादों के लिये ही उपलब्ध कराये जायेंगे। लेकिन इस संख्या को क्रमबद्ध ढंग से बढ़ाने का प्रयास किया जाएगा। गौर तलब है कि, लघु वन उत्पाद आदिवासी अथवा वन आधारित अर्थव्यवस्था में अहम् भूमिका निभाते हैं, क्योंकि यही उनके जीविकापार्जन का प्रमुख साधन होता है। किन्तु बाज़ार आधारित मूल्यों में अचानक होने वाले उतार-चढ़ाव से आदिवासी समुदाय पर प्रतिकूल प्...

गांधीनगर (पीआईबी न्यूज़): केन्द्रीय कृषि एवं किसान कल्याण मंत्री श्री राधा मोहन सिंह ने कहा है कि प्राकृतिक रेशों का क्षेत्रीय विकास देश की अर्थव्यवस्था के लिए अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है। उनका आर्थिक महत्व और सामाजिक विकास में गहरा प्रभाव है। यह वक्तव्य उन्होंने टेक्सटाइल इंडिया 2017, गांधीनगर, गुजरात में दिया। मंत्री ने बताया कि प्राकृतिक रेशे भारतीय वस्त्र उद्योग की नींव हैं, जो उद्योग के 60% से अधिक हिस्से का योगदान करते हैं। कृषि के बाद, यह उद्योग लाखों लोगों को रोजगार प्रदान करता है। छोटे और मध्यम उद्योग भी प्राकृतिक रेशों के उप-उत्पादों का इस्तेमाल करते हैं। विश्वभर में 75 मिलियन से अधिक परिवार प्राकृतिक रेशों के उत्पादन में लगे हैं, जबकि भारत में लगभग 30 लाख किसान इस क्षेत्र में कार्यरत हैं। उन्होंने यह भी कहा कि वर्तमान में प्राकृतिक रेशों को कृत्रिम रेशों जैसे ऐक्रेलिक और पॉलिएस्टर से ...
